Account Deletion Instructions

Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including profile information, preferences, and history will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your One Game Shop account using one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the One Game Shop app
- Go to Profile tab at the bottom
- Tap on Profile → Update your profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Enter your password to verify
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion

Method 2: Email Request
- Send an email to kop47348@Gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your username/display name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Send from the email associated with your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
Permanently Deleted
- Account profile information
- Email and personal details
- Saved preferences
- Browsing history within app
- Notification settings
- All associated data
What Happens After
- You will be logged out
- You cannot recover the account
- You can create a new account
- Previous data cannot be restored
Deletion Timeline
Processing Time
- In-App Request: Immediate processing, completed within 24 hours
- Email Request: Processed within 48-72 hours after verification
- Complete Data Removal: Up to 30 days for all backup systems
